Is the News Feed really free?
Yes. The News Feed (with 1 in 5 stories reserved for Pro), Hot Topics, 10 price tickers with their charts and this week's market-wide events are free, with no card needed.
How does the X Live Wire work?
You choose the X accounts you want to follow (5 on Pro, 10 on Pro+) and their new posts stream into your dashboard, up to 10 or 20 posts a day from each account. You can add up to your plan's number of new accounts each day.
Can I switch between Pro and Pro+?
Yes, from the upgrade window in your dashboard. The new plan starts straight away and the old one is cancelled; time left on the old plan isn't carried over.
How do I cancel?
From your account menu: "Cancel subscription". You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for and won't be charged again.
Do you give refunds?
If you're charged twice or in error, we refund it in full. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
