Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of My Market Desk (the "Service"), operated by Aman Jain ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

My Market Desk is a market-information dashboard. It collects financial news from public sources, organises it into categories, shows market prices, an event calendar and (on Pro) posts from selected X/Twitter accounts, and uses automated tools, including AI, to summarise and categorise content.

2. Not investment advice

Everything on the Service is for information only. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, and nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. "Analyst Calls" and similar items report what third parties have said. Do your own research and consult a registered professional before investing. Trading involves risk of loss.

3. Accuracy of data

News, prices, events and AI-generated summaries come from third-party sources and automated processing. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and categories may be misassigned. Prices may be delayed and are not suitable for trading decisions. We do not guarantee accuracy or availability.

4. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.

5. Plans, billing and renewal

The Free plan is free. The Pro plan costs ₹999 per month or ₹9,999 per year; the Pro+ plan costs ₹3,999 per month or ₹39,999 per year. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Switching between Pro and Pro+ starts the new plan immediately and cancels the old one; unused time on the old plan is not refunded or carried over. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal.

6. Cancellation and refunds

7. Acceptable use

Don't copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the Service or its content; don't try to bypass plan limits or security; don't use it for anything unlawful. News articles belong to their publishers; we show headlines and link to the source.

8. Intellectual property

The Service's design, software and brand belong to us. Third-party content belongs to its owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for any trading or investment losses or indirect damages arising from its use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that break these Terms. You can delete your account anytime by emailing us.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur have exclusive jurisdiction.
